Ford 445 Battery size

Hello! Looking to find out what battery you guys are running in your Ford 445's. It's a '83 445 diesel. Looks like someone put a car battery in mine and I don't believe that it is enough to adequately handle starting it properly. The size of the battery platform is about 8" x 18." Thanks in advance for your suggestions.

Buy the battery with the highest number of cold cranking amps (CCA) that will fit in your battery tray.
Diesels like all the cranking power they can get.
