Ford 4000 Oil Gusher!

Looking for insight on from where this oil gusher is coming. Ford 4000 3 cyl diesel. Near the exhaust manifold (vertical stack). Is this a head gasket failure?

Looks like a crack in the block to me. Hard to tell though with the picture. Can you get a pic of it not gushing?

Posted on another forum. A fella there gave me an idea. He was thinking it could have been from the oil filter and a jet squirting and hitting the manifold. His comment was that there are no high pressure oil paths in the rear of the head. So I looked at the video (I only posted a picture here) and there it was staring right me. The little brass fitting next to the oil filter squirting upwards. It just amazes me that since he knew the pressure paths in the head he knew the impossibility of a gasket leak. I thought head gasket and or worse a cracked head or block like you mentioned. Anyways mystery solved now time to repair. Appreciate the response!
