Ford 4000 lift issue

My lift on my 4000 won't go all the way down it does function great though sticky valve maybe hasn't been used in three months

if you play witht he draft contrl will it go down further?

if you crack the plug ont he top option cover on the hyd cover, does it go all the way down?

I had the bottom end of the leveling box on backwards haha and it's cut at angle dumby me haha
