The valve stem had a hole in it so I pulled the tire and and tube, it looks like the hole the valve stem comes out of in the rim was cut out decades ago. I have had it over 10 years. It looks like maybe the tube stem is rubbing on the rough cut hole. Inside the rim also had duct tape wrapped around were the bead seated. Rim also has dents around the edges. It had a rubber patch of somekind around the hole that was cut out or wore out around the stem hole. Might was well just change it out.
The tire says 6.5 x 16 F2 , the rims I found online says 5.5 (some say 4.5) x 16 and say they fit a ford 4000.
