The plan is for another accessory hydro to the front loader so I can run a log grapple once I convert it to the quick attach skid loader style. Also want to covert to 12v b/c I hear they will start easier and I can run some lights which I will probably need at some point in time...

LOL,
He's hooked already. Planning mods, making improvements, thinking ahead.

Well... I specificly bought the tractor for 2 reasons.

1.) Doing maintence on our 1/3 mile long dirt driveway that hasn't seen fresh gravel in 20 years.
2.) Picking up pallets of firewood and running them up my steep driveway so I can drop them next to my wood boiler.

So I needed the backhoe for drainage ditches on driveway and need pallet forks up front for firewood pallets... So , some modifications are necessary for it's intended use.

See you on other site... and holy C**p do they need a website upgrade... Talk about hello online forum 1993!

Yes Roll Over Protective Structure. They are handy for attaching lights, but much better for keeping you not dead in a roll over. I promise I am not trying to rain on your parade but with a backhoe rops is very important as they have a very high center of gravity.

Is there a bolt on alternator I could use from a car/truck?

I'm pretty sure the battery is shot and will need replaced. Got my fuel valve replaced with a $30 ebay special. Seems to be working thus far. I ran it for 2-3hrs scraping the driveway down level since the snow is finally gone. Also dug some drainage paths around my shop to help release water to the stream and not have make a swappy mess on my lower level.

Also need to work on some rear backhoe hydraulics. The backhoe bucket drops and starts scraping the ground after 2-4mins of run time.
