Ford 4000 Cav pump no fuel issues

Hi guys just wondering if anyone can help me out here.I have a rebuilt Cav pump but have no fuel going to the injectors any ideas? I was doing some research and some guys say the metering valve is stuck could that be true? Oh does anyone have a assembly diagram for these pumps?

I'm assuming you have fuel squirting out the bleeder screw? If so, I'd talk to whoever rebuilt the pump.

Hi Strum yeah I bled the pump and had a steady steam of fuel .So I decided to pull the pump off and send it back to the rebuilder.I hate it machinery is down.
