Ford 4000 3 point not working

I just bought a '73, Ford 4000 and it runs great. The lift was working OK, I changed the milky, thick hydraulic fluid, trans fluid and engine oil, and now the lift will not work. The pump works, fluid will come up to the aux valve under the seat. (The valve works OK too), but the lift is dead!!

Anyone got any ideas as how to make it work?? Did air get into the lines? What now?

might be sticky unload valve.

if the remotes work, etc.
