Ford 4000 3 point hitch

I have a Ford 4000 tractor. It is a 63 model the hitch when it is lifted up and running pushes all the fluid in to the transmission? What would the solution to my problem be? If I need to buy parts where would a good place on the internet to buy parts be?

I can't get the lower lift link pin out to take the arm off. Is it threaded or need to be forced out?
I would like to see a picture of the pin. This is on a Ford 4000 SU Ser* 270970
