I'm trying to see if anyone know about or has a manual to the Ford 3930. The PTO when out and no longer runs. I can freely turn the shaft by hand. Turning on the PTO gives no revolutions at all. Loader works fine. Anything to check first? Is everything accessible through the rockshaft cover or do I have to split? Thanks for any and all help!
