Ford 340b 3-point lift

Hello everyone. This is my first tractor so I have a question. The box blade will not lift. I used it when I first got the tractor and it worked fine, then it just quit. I thought it was low on oil, so I replaced the brake rod seal and filled with oil and still nothing. Any suggestions?

What if you unhook the box blade and see it the lift can lift itself? Hopefully, Soundguy will chime in...

Welcome, TBN. Does your tractor have an engine mounted hydraulic pump? This would be mounted on the LH side of the engine at the bell housing with a filter mounted to it. If so, check that the filter is screwed tight.
More than likely though, the suction line has been jarred causing it to not seal at the pump. You won't see anything out of the ordinary, but the pipe clamp under the fuel tank needs to be loosened and the line moved around to see if it will seal. If not, then the best thing is to remove the pump and refresh the oring at the pump on the suction side. Hope this helps.
