Ford 3000

My Ford 3000 is starting to have clutch issues and I was told that you should be able to adjust it. Can anyone instruct me on this procedure or is it to complex and needs to be done at a shop?

About all the owner can do is adjust clutch pedal freetravel. The remaining adjustment(s) require splitting the tractor and pressure plate removal. There will be some advanced shadetree mechanics who will be able to deal with this, but the springs in the pressure plate are pretty strong and I'd like to have a fixture for my own protection.
