Ford 3000 series Identification

I have a 1975 Ford 3000. I got that much from the numbers but cannot decipher the rest, any one help here?

You have the production (date) code and the serial number (C452342 - built in USA), but I think you are missing the first line (model number code).

Above these two numbers you posted on the boss by the starter, often stamped too high and hard to read, and if it has the tag under the hood, it will be there too,
