ford 3000 lack of power

Ford 3000 dirt in fuel system new tank new filters new injection pump and injectors. runs good with no load any load and it starts to die rev up still no power

What injection pump do u have.?? CAV/Delphi or SIMMS.??
If it’s the CAV.. there’s a timing line on the mounting ear.. that line lines up w degree marks on the block..
MAKE SURE the pump line lines up w “0” degrees on the block..

Sounds as if inj pump isn't timed correctly especially if there's a good supply of diesel getting to IP

ford manual says line up with o. installation says 19 bdc have tried it full range of movement not much diference.
It also gives off white smoke on startup and until warm, is not losing any water.

yes, didn't have front open can't see any way gear can rotate
