Ford 3000 Breather Cap

Hey ya値l....I知 trying to do some maintenance on our ford 3000 gas tractor, and think the breather cap needs to be replaced/cleaned. How do you remove it? I知 not seeing anyway to unless it痴 rusted on...

It should just be slid over the pipe. Maybe put a piece of 2x4 under it and persuade it with a hammer.
