How do I remove the front end on a 2N Tractor? Does the bolt just unscrew?

In the picture, part 20413-S unscrews. Part 3126 then can be pulled out ( perhaps easier said than done) to remove the pivot beam.

Remove the retaining bolt and hope the pin will move, most are either so worn or rusted they are near to impossible to remove. Sad fact is many of the old Fords have been let go for so long the bolster itself is worn out and have to be rebuilt. There was a guy on eBay that sold plates that could be welded onto the bolster to bring it back to spec, I do not know if he or anyone still makes them.
