right brake peddle does nothing. wet brake system? have not removed housing cover on side of tractor

Dry brake system with multiple plates and discs. Have you tried adjustment by turning the brake control rod? Pedal free travel (when you start pushing) should be about 1.5 inches before brakes start to engage.

I am in Florida and the tractor is in Kentucky, will try adjusting before going in to housing. thanks
