Last time I used the tractor a warning light came on went off and came on again. I attached pics at first I thought it might be the coolant but that seems full. Any help would be appreciated.

The correct operator's manual for your 1720 would tell you that indicator warns of low coolant level in the recovery tank. Tank might be low, or the sender might have failed. If the sender has failed and the lamp is annoying, the sender can be unplugged.
