Ford 1720 loader help

I have a 1990 ford 1720 that i bought used. Since i purchased it the loader has never worked right. The 3otthe works great, fast smooth and oowerful. To get the loader to work decent the engine has to be reved and evem them it jumpsand doesnt seem to have a lot of liting power. There is also a humming sound coming from the control valve. I cant afford to take it to a shoo. Can someone point me in the direction to find the problem. Fluid and filter are new. Thanks in advance

Re-check all your QD's in the loader circuit. Check all your hoses for correct location.
