Buying Advice Ford 1715

I've been casually looking for a 4wd used tractor, w/ loader and bushhog in the 20-30hp range. A Ford 1715 w/ these specs just popped up on a local Craigs List. It has about 1300 hours and they want $7000 obo. I might go look at it this week, just wondering if there any specific issues w/ this model at this age - I'm guessing it at least 15 years old. Also, does anyone have one and how has it held up?

I just repaired a front drive assist for a customer on one of those. Very expensive to repair so keep the oil levels full in the main housing and in the final drives.
