ford 1715 new loader does not work

i just installed a new stoll 350 h loader hooked hoses up by color loader wil only move when raising 3pt hitch does any one have any ideal whats wrong

Whoever sold you that loader better be able to answer that question .

I believe it is not connected correctly.

What you appear to be doing is when you activate the 3pt, you cause the fluid to back up into the oader valve.

If open center hyd system, the flow should be something like this.

Pump to loader IN port, PB out to the 3pt, FEL OUT to tank .
