Can anyone tell me the speed of 1st gear of the Ford 1710 tractor. I want to use it with a rear end tiller and want to be sure it travels slow enough to do a good job. Thanks for any information you can provide.
I don't remember the speed of low range, first gear but I do remember it was pretty slow. I had a 1710 just prior to my 2120 and I used it with a Landpride 1558 tiller and it worked fine in tough rocky New England soil.
