My ford 1700 started leaking Hydraulic oil from the top of the steering column. I took off the steering wheel disconnected the dash wiring and removed the 3 bolts holding the column down. The column wont come up out of the the steering "box". It is only up about an inch and won't come any further. How to remove it and get to the leaking seal?
