ford 1500 wheels/rims

The rear wheels on my 1500 FWD are all rusting through. I want to replace them but am having a hard time figuring out what I need. My tractor and farm are three hours away so I can't just pop out and look. My manual is no help!

Can anyone tell me what I need to ask for in looking for replacements or where to buy them?
