Ford 1100 opportunity

I have a chance to purchase a Ford 1100 w/ a woods 60" finish mower. Good condition, runs good, kept indoors. Is
$2399.00 a good price for this. It is a 2-wheel drive with Ags. I know it is very small tractor and wonder if it will even drive the finish mower. Any suggestions would be helpful. I need something to mow 4.5 acres.

I have a Ford 1300 and I have a 5 foot King Kutter finish mower. My tractor is 6 cubic inches bigger in the size of the motor then the 1100. I would say that the 1100 is marginal for a 5 foot finish mower. :
