I replaced the right side brake boot awhile back because it leaked a bit. With the new boot it does the same. Is there a seal that is easy to get at to fix this? I can also live with the small leak, but wanted to ask if letting it go is going to cause some issue in the future???

The boot is the seal, no other seal involved. Hard for me to understand why your new boot would leak. At what point does it leak?

I thought the boot was the seal as well. There is a shaft that runs through the boot and it leaks there at the hose clamp. its just a drip or two but definitely leaving a mark on the ground/rocks.

Could your vent tube behind the seat be plugged and getting pressured up? Is the shaft fairly clean & not rusty or scored?

No experience with wet brakes but that plugged vent is usually the cause of the shifter boot leaking.
