Your hydraulic pump should have over 20 gpm, I wonder if there is a hydraulic PTO motor you could adapt onto the back.

I am of the 3rd opinion, get another tractor. One usually needs more than one anyway and put the money you would spend on modifying this one, with absolutely no idea as to what it will take in time and money to do the job, IF you can get all the parts you need and they are in functioning order and get assembled properly, and how it would work when finished....... to one more suited to general tractor tasks.
