Ok.. for any LEO's out there.. I've got a question for you.
( here's the basics of the situation )
I was driving home late monday night and got pulled over. Tag light out. I thought it was bulbs.. but turned out to be the little connectors ont he back had pulled out and were just hanging... ( still.. same difference ).
Police officer pulled out and I stopped and pulled over.. pretty much just sat there. About 30 seconds later.. i could see his 'backup' unit show up behind his car.
He walked over showed me how bright his mag light was ( very bright considering they shine it in your face while asking you for your license! ) As he was looking a tthe license, he states why he stopped me. Calls in the license ( clean of course /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif ), hands it back, tells me to get it fixed and walks off. ( nothing to sign.. verbal warning right?
Here's my question. Does that call in 'count' for anything.. Is that 'logged' somewhere? If i were pulled over for some reason again.. would that previous pull over have any effect?
By the way.. I was pulle dover in front of a 24 hr wall-mart so I went over and fixed the taglamp before going home.. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
thanks
