Foods you ate growing up that most folks don't eat today

Some items that I love that you don't see a lot of anymore:

Pickled eggs.
Grandma's pickled beets.
Salt Herring.

My Grandmother on my father's side was Polish.

Root vegetables > Parsnips, Rutabagas, Beets, Kohlrabi.

Awful offal > Liver, tongue, blood sausage, tripe

I think the only think I used to eat a lot that aren't so common are sardines.
