FMC 5x5 Sidewinder auction score!!

I won a bid on this brush hog a FMC 5X5 Side winder $190.00 -- $209.00 total after fee's
not a bad mower , tried it out today ran and cut preety good , i noticed not alot
of PTO noise or viberation through out the PTO shaft . any comment on this
mower good or bad ??

Those are solid bush hogs. Put a hydraulic cylinder in place of that linkage and make the deck adjustable. That thing is bullet proof.

If this is your first "bush hog" experience, pto noises and vibrations in general are pretty much part of the experience. If there's ever been an implement that's subject to abuse, it's a rotary mower.
Check your gear oil and u joints and run it. You did well
