Flushing the hydraulic system

This is after draining the factory stuff.

When you flush the system with Kero do you fill it with kero and run it for a couple of minutes or do you just pour it through the filler of the 3-point lift and let it drain out the bottom?

I don't want to do it wrong and damage something.
