Fluids for an 851

Hello all, I'm new to the forum and need some advice. I recently purchased a 1959 Ford Powermaster 851 and would like to do a full service to it. What weights and types would be the best to use for the engine, power steering, trans and hydro. Also this unit has a front loader but I haven't had any luck finding a model. It has an external filter which I'm going to change but was wondering if I should change the fluid as well and if so what should I use. I'm gonna attach a picture to help anyone who maybe able to identify the loader. Thanks for any input.

As a general rule I always change all the fluids on any machine I purchase unless it is new, gives me a starting point for its maintenance. For the engine use what brand and weight suits you best, I run 10W30 in mine but any quality 30 or 40 weight oil will work fine. Power steering gets ATF and the transmission, hydraulics and differential get 134-D which will also work well in your loader. 134-D is available at most all farm stores in 5 gallon buckets and has even been found a few Walmarts if you are looking for it cheap.
