fluid leaking from gear shift boot d3250 fd

Thank you for answering my questions in advance it is kind of you to take the time to help me.
1.Can you tell me why fluid would be coming out of the gear shifting boot?
2. What type of Hydraulic/ transmission fluid goes in the gear box under the seat?
2.5 Where is the drain plug for the Transmission gear box?
3.what type of oil filter it uses?
4. Gas filter it uses?
5. There is K1 on the Engine block is that what it is?

Has the tractor sat outside in the rain allot?
Is the shifter boot torn?

My guess would be the transmission is way over full because of water and the oil is floating out.
