I'm surprised by the number of people on here that are okay with a man being chased by a neighbor on a tractor when the man is on his own property.
Albeit tractors are slow, the property owner is clearly feeling threatened.
Is it because the man is fat?
We can debate the theoretical use of force that I brought up, however, no person should have to run from another person when they are on their own property.
No, the point is we don't believe the man on the tractor was "chasing" the fat running man with any malice. My contention is the man on the tractor, took every precaution to NOT injure the fat running man. In other words this could have been a staged encounter. If the tractor operator had wanted to run down and injure/kill the fat man he certainly could have. But he didn't.
