I think it's a spider that is wrapping up his latest catch in his web

This definitely needs to be posted on the current "UFO... what do you think" thread that's running rampantly. It would qualify. :)

I certainly agree!

Very odd video! If it's water... Why is it moving upward and fluctuating in shape so much?!

It would certainly be easy to simulate the water hypothesis by putting a water droplet on the lens. (0:

It's not on the lens the light is wrong. It is out far enough for the ir flash to illuminate.

CNN would call it a policeman beating a nun with the butt of his shotgun because he thought she was a black nun.

That's one heck of a breeze! If you look carefully it appears that it is snowing or raining. If it was that breezy the rain drops wouldn't be falling straight down would they?

Was looking through the security files today and saw this little clip from one of the barn security cams. Below is the normal boring view. Any ideas of what might have caused the "blob"?

You should try to recreate this by placing a drop of water on the lens.

Would be hard to do, to get the same conditions. The camera is mounted on the front of the barn and maybe 11' or so high. Pointed downward and in a southeasterly direction. It does have a lens hood. Guess I could point a spray bottle at it and see what happens.

We don't get a lot of weather from the SE, but the clip does show the rain/snow being blown from that direction. It could be an ice pellet stuck to something, just don't get the upward movement.
