flat tire

on my troy built pony....but if i fill it its good for when i use it but when i go back to use it again in a few days its flat again. do these things have tubes in them? is this something i can easily fix?

Typicly no unless someone has put a tube in it already. Take the tire off and either submerge it in water and look for air bubles or use a soapy solution and put it on the tread, side walls, valve stem beads ect. You should find your leak.

If it's really old (they last forever) maybe the tire is getting rotten and leaking that way...??....

I agree with Shot Gun, except
Im not sure how much of a PITB, is taking off the wheel, but I would try using the soapy water, while the tire is still on. If you find a hole, you most likely can plug it, I have used fix-a-flat in smaller tires and it worked good. I have used Slime, in larger tires and it worked good.

i finally got around to checking it out and its leaking through the sidewall where its slightly cracked. Guess i will have to get a new one eventually.

put a tube in it. good for another 10 years
