In the process of hitting some tree branches I have lost one of the bolts attaching the lights to the rollbar. I can get the bolt from JD no problem. However the bolt is threaded into a knurlled fitting that is pressed into the plastic light assembly.
Of course the knurelled fitting is gone also. Only way to get that is to buy the light assembly. Any ideas?

I had the same problem on my 4010 /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif. I removed the lens cover, drilled "thru" the area that held the knurled "nut" to the inside of the housing so I could install a longer bolt in place of the original bolt, and a washer and nut inside the housing. This required slightly bending the light fixture located inside the housing. Instead of the bottom edge of the fixture resting in the recess in the housing, I bent it so it has pressure against the bolt threads, holding it in place. Hope this helps.
