Interesting conversation.
I will stick with my flail, it is a rears 72 inch SPF with the 960 side slicers and I run grass blades on it too at different times. This patch was the ONLY patch I have ever had a problem with, the flail just eats up everything else I throw at it. I knew there had to be a better machine to handle the yukka plants but one field will not justify my purchasing that machine. I have the job again as the weeds and grass regrow but the yukkas are no longer a problem. They don't grow back very fast. Leonz, Thanks for the idea of backing over them, I'll remember that next time I come up against them
