An old trick is to cleant he contacts ont he board itself wtih a pencil eraser.
For the conductive pads.. usually alcohol cleans them.. but i have seen copper laden paint that can be used to fix rear window defrost lines.. comes in a lil aspirin sized bottle for a few bucks.
You can also buy powdered graphite as lock lube...
