So i just went an bought a 54" snowblower for my 2320 but i keep thinking how i cant then put the loader on quick if i need it without pulling the quick hitch off.

I was thinking, the ONLY thing preventing the install of both at the same time is the "stand" on the loader correct?? or am I missing something?

What if i cut the stand off and machined a sleeve for each side. Slid them in and welded them and then slid the piece on i cut off and drilled and put pins in. During the summer months I could leave the stand pinned on and during the winter months take the stand off and just hand the loader arms from the rafters .....

Are you sure they cannot co-exist? I have a 2720 with a 54" blower and a 200CX loader and I am able to keep my quick attach brackets in place when using the loader. The only parts I remove are the hitch itself and the assy that goes behind it with the bearing support for the drive shaft. They all attach with pins and clips, no removing of bolts necessary.
I realize the 2320 might be different but double check.

I haven't tried but I've read about others that have bent their stands trying to leave the brackets on. But I've wondered about the same modification. Keeps us posted on what you do or find out.
