First trip to dealer with used tractor

I bought my tractor off of Craigslist about three weeks ago. I have called the dealer in Ocala, Novia Industries, with questions about oil, hydraulic fluid, what year my tractor is by the serial number(2003) etc. They have always been very helpful and friendly over the phone. I asked them about the modification for the front end loader and they checked on it with Kioti.
Kioti sent them the part and today I took my tractor to have it installed. The place was very well organized, clean as it could be and all of the people were very helpful. The mechanic unloaded and loaded it back on my too small trailer for me, the parts lady printed out a schematic of my finish mower so I could call her with any parts needs, and the front office staff made sure I was happy with my visit.
All in all a good visit.

It's nice you found a good dealer to work with. That in itself is worth more than what you paid for the tractor. Have fun with the tractor and many safe hours.

A good dealer is worth their weight in gold. I'm on my third dealer, first one dropped the Kioti as well as the second dealer. The third one seems great so far and has been very helpful.
