Mid-Mount Mower First time use of MMM deck (Kubota b series)

Hello, I am an owner of b-series kubota tractor since one year. Before I was always using a 3point hitch mower with a bucket to collect the grass. I decided to try also MM mower because I found very good price opportunity. It has been installed and after first cut, I have some mixed feelings. The grass was not so much high, but the entire field is covered in grass leftovers - I have rear (not side) discharge version. My plan is to wait now until the cutted grass will decompose and then I want to try to cut it with MM BEFORE it will grow - like once or maximum twice per week. I have a question : if You are working with MMM like I plan to do it, so with not so high grass, do You get this effect of not seeing any grass leftovers? Strategy is to use it like a mower-robot, which custs just the top of the grass. Becuase if there will be a mess, I will most likely return to the old mower. However the one on the 3-point hitch is only 120cm and MMM is 150cm - I can really feel the difference. I do not have to dispose the cutted grass as well and finally - cutting the edges is a different world. I wonder what are Your thoughts on this topic?

what rpm you cutting at?

Are mowing grass when it's dry?
Try mowing 2/3 or little less of deck width.

I cut with a mmm but have a mulch kit, which helps. Unless mine is really long, I don’t see a lot of cut grass afterwards.

How tall was the grass you were cutting?

The MMM brand new with sharp blades (and facing the right direction)?
