Whis you were right on. I held the joystick to the right until it bogged down the tractor and now it locks where ever I want it. Thanks to everyone for their help.

When you dump the bucket hold joystick for a couple of seconds in dump position, it will give hydraulics time to catch up. The weight of what you are dumping moves bucket faster than the hydraulic flow is
