Hello, I'm looking at finishing mowers and may get the king kutter 4 or 5ft. Also looking at titan implement (not titan attachment). Not looking to spend over 2500. Just wondering if 5 ft would scalp high places. Both of those have a anti scalp roller if it helps. Tractor is a Branson 2505 (tym). I think king kutter would be easier to find parts if needed. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I don't think you would go wrong with the King Cutter. There are other brands that are made by them, like TSC.

That depends on how short you mow. If you mow at 3", I doubt you would scalp much. If you mow like some people around here at about 1", you'll have problems. I've got a 6' Woods that works for me.

King Kutter makes red painted implements for Rural King 'RK' tractors.
TSC "CountyLine" implements are sourced from Tarter in Kentucky.
They look to be the same mowers. Rural king has a 5ft for 2300 +9% sales tax. Tax is high but so is everything else these days.
King kutter seems to have parts readily available if needed. Next door neighbor has one and seems to be well built. Thank you

I have purchased King Kutter mower parts directly from KK twice.
Mower TPH tower parts were in stock and shipped same day.
Like all machine parts, expensive parts and expensive for heavy parts shipment.
