Finish Mower Blades

I was lucky enough to find a great little 48" Bush Hog Finish Mower to pull behind the little B7100. What a great combination!

The belt broke on me today and I don't have a manual. When I put on a new belt, do the blades need to be pointed a particular way, like parallel to each other, or perpendicular to each other? I don't know if it even matters, but I'm trying to not create any balancing or cutting problems by bein' ignorant!

It shouldn't matter which way their pointing. I have an 84" woods finish mower and my blades all point in different directions. If your belt slips it will change their location anyway.
