Finally joined :-)

Hey all --

Thanks for reading my intro. I've been trolling the tractor forums for about two years, biding my time until I was ready to make the leap into ownership. And sitting on my hands until I couldn't stand not having a tractor any more.

We bought a 10-acre place 2.5 years ago, and I bought a JD X500 just to get by. I used the X500 for mowing about 1.5 acres, and rented a CUT a couple times a year to brush hog.

I'll be looking to sell the X500 and move to a 30-35 HP CUT any day now.

Look forward to getting to know some folks here.

Hi all: Always surfing for tractors and three point equipment. I maintain approximately 38 acres but no crop. Seasonally pasture a few beef cattle until the snow comes. Always interested in farm and agriculture topics.:thumbsup:
