My wife and I have been trolling for a bit while making a decision about a new tractor. Thank you for all of the helpful information. Had a 1959 Allis Chalmers for a couple of years, but a cracked manifold and too much rain put it beyond my ability to keep runing. Just purchased a new Massey Ferguson 1540 Hydrostatic with FEL, BH and Rotary Cutter and are expecting delivery one day this week. Can't wait to start reclaiming our fields. Looking forward to more participation on this site.
