mj, your installation looks very good.
You should have no trouble with the plastic mounts where you got them now.
I mounted 2 Kiddes on the outside of my Kama FEL towers and they got ripped off ... chalk it up to experience. I made a pretty cool mount for Loretta's tractor though, and it is out of harm's way like yours is. I don't know if you caught that thread or not? Installation of it starts on post #91.

Anyway, a fire extinguisher is a good insurance policy for sure.

Thanks Rob, and yes I caught your bulletproof fire extinguisher mount for Loretta's rig.
I had a chance to move about 12-tons of rock the other day before the cold and wind sent me inside for hot coffee and a nap on the couch under a warm blanket. The plastic mounts worked just fine; no vibration or movement of any kind.
