Filter part numbers

Does anyone know how to find the numbers needed for filters and cross reference for non-Kubota filters.
I've got a buddy who has abou a 100 misc filters, Kubota and another brand, who told me I could have everything that fits my L3400.

Check Messick's website and put in your tractor's model number. The correct filters will come up.

For the off brands you will have to go to each website (like WIX) and enter the Kubota number to find their product.

Use the websites of the major oil filter manufacturers. Wix.com, Hastings.com, Fram.com. With any reasonable and careful reading and logic, it should set you right up. gwdixon is right, Messick site will indeed give you Kubota numbers. Use a Kubota HST filter only, imo.
