Rebuilt with fill-rite kit. will not pump

Do the vanes have to be installed with a certain edge facing forward on that pump?

Was it working before you rebuilt it?

was barely working before rebuild. is there a difference in the edges of the vanes,

On hydraulic vane pumps the edges are different but do not remember how they where installed. I think there was a radiused edge but again don’t recall how they went. I am not sure on this style of pump though.

2nd thing would be is bypass valve installed correctly presuming it has one.
