Field cultivator repair

Look at the pics. Is there some trick to getting the replacement s-tine to fit on the toolbar? From the s-tine comparison they look close and I’m assuming the old ones are stretched. Did I buy the wrong tines? Any help is much appreciated. The cultivator is an allis chalmers.

Is the problem the bend is to close to the mounting bolt hole so that the mounting bracket doesn’t line up properly?

There are standard, heavy duty and high clearance tines. Guessing you got the high clearance.

Problem is that it won’t fit onto the toolbar due to the bend being so close. I can’t even get it on there to see if the mounting bracket will work.

You may have to get a different mounting bracket for that tine.
